I thought bringing people back from the dead was a big request. Mokuba isn't swimming around your underground rivers. All you have to do is just snap your finger's and do it. How does one soul stand equivalent to receiving no soul in return?

Bringing him back from death would be a loteasier, believe me, at least I would have the soul to work with here. Something like that is child’s play for me... the whole 'Lord of the Underworld' thing, I want some one alive, BAM they are!
But, since he is on Earth trapped in the darkness… some one has to go in and show him the way out.

And what are the possibilities of you finding him? In what conditions will he be? How long will it take? How do you intend to do it and why are you so sure you're the only one that can do it?

The possibilities get smaller the longer you wait. The heartless can’t be resisted forever. The condition he will be in is dependant on the heartless, if he handles them well he will be fine when he is brought out of the darkness, just like everyone else who arrives here. How long it takes depends on how long it will take you to make this deal, learn to control the heartless, and go in and find him… this is all on you.
AND I am so sure I can do this because I am a God and I have been through one or two doorways into darkness myself. Its much faster to get around that way.

SO… do we have a deal or do you have more time wasting questions to ask while your brother struggles to keep his heart away from the dark creature who want to eat it?

Look, this is life. There aren’t always guarantees but if that is what you need to sweeten the deal how about this. You soul in exchange I will show you how to use the heartless and open a door into the darkness to your world to find your brother. When you find him, if he arrived here in pieces, I will help you put him back together again, ok?

If there won't be any guarantee's, then I guess you won't be opposed to applying some insurance on this deal..

The contract won't take effect until I somehow manage to find Mokuba and you will fix him without any tricks. If I do find him, you can have my soul. If I don't, the contract is nullified. If Mokuba appears by himself, as I am safe to assume might be the case, the contract is nullified.

In the end of the day you're the only one who get's any benefit. You'll get my soul the day I die, might be a day after I find my brother, might be the next, so I don't see why you're complaining.
